When will my case be delivered?
There are two delivery options:
Royal Mail First Class (delivery within 4 days) for £3.50
Upgrade to Express Courier Delivery with tracking (delivery within 2-3 days) for £6.50
Where do you deliver?
At present, we only deliver within the UK.
If you require international shipping, please contact us prior to ordering so we can advise on additional shipping costs.
Can I buy more than one case in a single transaction?
Yes, you can buy multiple phone cases in one transaction; once you have completed each design process, add the design to the basket and repeat the process until you have finished.
What if my device isn't available?
Print Your Stuff try to offer cases for all of the most popular devices. If your device is not available, please email us to see if we can help, and we will look into including your suggested device into our range.
Can I exchange or return my case?
We do not accept returns unless your case is faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if your case is faulty and we will organise for a new case with the same design to be sent to you.
As each case is printed to order, we cannot accept exchanges.
What protection do your cases offer?
All of our cases are constructed from highly durable TPU and polycarbonate which offer a fantastic print surface. The rubberised corners provide your phone with maximum shock absorbing protection.
Where do I enter the promotional code?
Please enter your unique code either at the start of the process on the home page or at the checkout stage.
Your code will only expire when you submit your order at the checkout stage.
What size image should I upload?
For the best print quality, your image needs be at least 864px x 1377px and 300dpi. If your image is not high enough quality to print, you will see an error message on your screen asking you to upload a higher resolution image.
Will my uploaded image be kept confidential?
Yes, your image will be uploaded to our secure server and kept completely safe and confidential.

What payment methods do you accept?
We have a fully secured online payment gateway that accepts all major credit/debit cards or PayPal payments.
Can I order by phone?
Due to our online design editor, it is not possible for us to take orders over the phone. If you do get stuck, do not hesitate to give us a call so that we can talk you through the process.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Unfortunately not, once the design has been submitted and your unique code entered, the order will go straight into production. You will have a final chance to review your case before submitting your order so please check everything carefully then.
Will I need to sign for the delivery?
You will only need to be in to sign for delivery if you upgrade to the Express courier delivery option.
We send out cases with DPD who deliver within one-hour time slots. You will get a confirmation email with delivery options, where you can choose a different day for your parcel to be delivered, or arrange for the parcel to be left in a safe place.
